1. Ashirvad Entertainments reserves the right to use all images for advertising purposes (including social media, web-based advertising, leaflets, brochures, postcards, galleries and competitions). The transfer of copyright will only come into effect after the full payment has been made.

2. We don’t provide raw video files. It cannot be provided in any circumstances.

3. The event will be covered by professional photographers & cinematographers.

4. Our team strength in an event is a discretionary subject of the manager. We never commit team strength to the party, so please do not ask us to allot any specific number of team members. We decide upon team strength as deemed fit according to the size of the event.

5. Number of photographs cannot be committed beforehand. The number will depend on the event design. We are strictly against redundancy.

6. There must be a coordinator from the client’s end, who will coordinate with us as and when required.

7. We do not cover the dining section & the decorative bed on reception night.

8. It will be decided earlier whether or not we will take food at the location.

9. The client will have to reimburse the app cab fare of The Ashirvad Entertainments team members, allotted to cover the event on the day if the event venue is within the serviceable area of the app cab service providers, else a nominal conveyance fee will be charged at the rate of 5% of the final bill amount.

10. A well-laid down event schedule has to be shared with us in good time, via Email or WhatsApp.

11. We will send over the compressed photographs to the client after 7 days of the event and the client has to revert with their selective number of photos within 30 days from then, otherwise the album delivery date may get delayed.

12. For the best possible experience of candid photographs and videography on your special occasion please ensure us 4000 watts of power.

13. We allow the customers to send the songs of their preference for the wedding trailer and video, otherwise our team will decide to the best of their capacity. No changes will be done after the delivery of the end result except for any spelling errors of the title.

14. Album design could be changed once only. Please do not ask us to change the design after it has been finalized.

15. The client is required to pay 10% of the proposed amount to block the date with us, which is non-refundable if the client decides to opt-out of the deal anytime after that, and an installment of 70% of the proposed bill amount through a post-dated cheque bearing the date of the event day 2-3 weeks before, and the outstanding 20% at the time of album delivery.

16. Need to select your wedding photographs within 10days of raw data transfer. Otherwise, it will take a longer time to process

17. Please clear the rest amount one day before your wedding date to ensure hassle-free services from our end

18. Without clearance of the full amount we are not liable to pay all wedding images of videos after the event

19. Social Media promotions depend upon the Ashirvad management team

20. Prewedding shoot will not be conducted on SAT & SUN in any circumstances

21. All communications will be sent through mail & WhatsApp business

22. Requesting you to mention approx time with 1hour buffer. In case of any delay to start work on the morning of the wedding, it will add extra charges to your final Invoice.

24. Data loss for any technical glitch or other issues we are only bound to return half of your package, in any circumstance. There are no certain cases like this in our total work experience. We use hi-tech data container with extra securities.

25. We process every event data within 10days from your occasion date so please co-operate with us for faster processing
